SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 48hrs during the business week. BRD uses USPS and tracking is provided for all orders. Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 2-10 business days, depending on your location.

International orders have been suspended due to high shipping costs, but can be processed on an individual basis if the customer has an active Paypal account that can be invoiced. Please see the FAQ page for additional info.
Return & Exchange Policy
First & foremost, your satisfaction is very important. Please contact BRD using the 'CONTACT' form before shipping anything back.
BRD will refund any item purchased within 15 days of the delivery date, opened or unopened. No returns will be accepted & refunded that have been worn extensively or have been damaged by the customer.
The buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping unless your item is damaged upon arrival, then BRD will gladly pay for return shipping. Once the item is received & assessed, BRD will credit your account for the product purchased or immediately send out a replacement if it is an exchange.
